Markus, your slides gave me good enough reason to finally start playing with it a bit, and I started a Bioclipse plugin: http://chem-bla-ics.blogspot.com/2012/04/lordags-goodies-1-chemical-identifier.html One of the problems I ran into, is that I am not sure how the API works when searching for names if the results are ambiguous, and currently return a HTML page…. suggestions?
